Had an heart attack today reserved for computer geeks. My computer had crashed.
Spent the morning grousing about it.
Spent the afternoon with my wonderful girlfriend and her cool,
interesting, fun, sarcastic, chair-breaking, rocket-launching,
corn-off-the-cob eating family.
Spent the evening watching Larry the Cable Guy saying “Git-R-Done!”
Spent the late night/early morning fixing my computer with success.
Git-R-Done, indeed.

I HATE when that happens.

good to hear you got your computer fixed… what did you end up doing to fix it?
if you can figure out how to get that e-Machine to power up, let me know what you did.. i have a fealing it’s a hardware issue 🙁
that other computer, the big heavy white one with 5 fans in it 😉 i built that one a while back.. in case you were wondering what the specs are and havent figured it out
it’s a 1200MHz Athlon Thunderbird, 1.5GB PC166(not sure on this) RAM, and i think it has a ATI Radeon 9700 in it.. either that or a GeForce3.. i can’t remember on that either lol
only a 20GB hard drive though, so you may want to move the good 40GB drive from the e-machine to make some more room
and windows is all setup, all the updates installed, everything up to date and ready to go

Hey Mattinator! (I have corny nicknames for everyone else too; so don’t worry about it) I was wondering if you and Amanda the Crislip and Jefferoni and Jenny-the-I-disremember-right-now wanted to all come and hang out with me at my new apartment on Wednesday night. I think that’d be awesome to get everyone together again…well, I guess everyone but Renee. She’s probably working anyway though. Anyway, I’m just off 159th and Harlem (I told you this, right?) at the Orlan Creek Apartments. If you wanna, lemee know.
Have a good one in the meantime,
–Russ.
