The world continues to turn…
In two days my roommate of three years will get married to the girl he’s been dating for two years.
Tonight’s the bachelor party.
Tomorrow’s the rehearsal.
Friday’s the wedding.
Saturday will be the beginning of a new phase of my life: No more roommates.
Unreal.

Things do not change; we change. – Henry David Thoreau (1817 – 1862), Walden (1970)
Nothing endures but change. – Heraclitus (540 BC – 480 BC), from Diogenes Laertius, Lives of Eminent Philosophers
Everyone has to start new chapters in life. We all face new struggles, new success, new love, new hate, and new challenges, but that is what makes us, it is that which molds us. Then one day you will look back at your life and see God’s hand working in your life. You will see that every change was a lesson.

You know, change is a crazy thing. But it is the only constant. Thanks for your encouragement on my site. I guess prayer is the only thing I can really ask for right now. You’re one awesome kid.
