The job interview went well today. The next step for me is a panel
interview where I will be interviewed by a, um, panel of people. Thank
you to those who’ve been praying for me. I’m starting to get optimistic
about being employed again. Keep those prayers going. I’ll fill in the
details when I get them.
But that’s not today’s exciting news. I got brand new bed sheets today
along with a nice navy blue comforter! My bed finally feels like it’s
mine. The colors fit me now. (I had been sleeping in sheets that had
floral prints on them. No jokes please…)
I shall be sleeping soundly tonight.
Dumb thought of the day: Are thoughts still worth two cents today or should the price be adjusted for inflation?

Inflation’s overrated. That’s what I think anyways…
And yes, we DID get a bed–or rather, it’s coming. This wkend. Yippee!!!

An hour (really fifty minutes) with a therapist costs around a hundred dollars, That is two dollars a minute, how many thoughts does one have in one minute? Variable. one dollar for 30 seconds, 50 cents for 15 seconds, and so on…

I’d adjust it to maybe two dollars a thought. Unless its a really good thought. Then you can charge extra. But, if its a dumb thought, you have to charge less. Basically, you get what you pay for.

hello matt son of my mom’s friend. i totally remember you. do you go to trinity? i tried telling my mom that you found me on xanga and she just got mom-who-knows-not-enough-about-computers scared. “people can find you on that? is that safe? anyone can search for you?”. fifteen minutes later . . . “matt aggen? really? how is he?”.

also, men can totally pull of floral sheets. i think it just depends on the color and confidence level. with this new metrosexual trend though i’m sure you’re just very couture.
