and Kim are now married. Because of that, I am now living with my
grandparents (that is what prompted all the moving posts as of late).

for a job. I applied at a place. Don’t want to say it online lest I
jinx it. I am not normally a superstitious person (am more of a
God-fearing, Dutch Reformed person…) but I really would like this
job. Think it would be a great fit. Pray for me, please.
I miss my TiVo. No TV in my room for it to feed.

eagerly looking forward to Fall. Cooler weather, colorful leaves,
birthdays, holidays, jeans, long sleeve shirts. My favorite season.

man i need to get tivo.. i just got digital cable and theres so much going on my brain can’t handle it.. i need tivo to sort out what i want to watch and save it for later viewing is what i need
if i were to get it, i’d buy the unlimited use package, for whatever that is, the one time payment.. ultimately you’ll save money in the long run

Good of you to explain TiVo to mom, Tom. TiVo is a glorified digital recording device. You use it to record things off the TV. Really cool, but you would have to watch a lot of TV for it to make sense for you to purchase. (That is a very simplifed explaination.)

About those details for tomorrow night… Well, we don’t really have that much in the way of furniture (sorry). We do, however, have an outdoor pool (at $2/guest) which is open till 8pm. I have a bunch of movies we could watch and a few board/bored? games too (but no table yet to play them on.
). Uh, what else… well, there’s a few stores I’m sure we could go to–Orland Square Mall is not that far away if you’re driving. I don’t really do that much around my place as it is yet besides trying to unpack and playing Zelda II (LOVE that game!!); I get cabin fever kinda easily (especially not having a couch to sit on (sorry about that)). But there you go. I’m gonna copy and paste this so the others can see it too. Talk to you later. Jenny said she’ll probably join us later in the evening too. Anyhoo, there you go.
